RETURN POLICY

    Terms of Policy

NO returns are accepted without a return authorization number from us.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customer must contact us via email within 5 days of receipt of item to inform us of any manufacturer defects. It is in your best interest to OPEN the item and check it out as soon as it arrives! Any notifications of problems after the fifth day will NOT be eligible for return. There are absolutely NO returns after the holiday for which the item is designated for.

It is up to the consumer to deflate the inflatable in inclimate weather: Including high winds, thunderstorms, ice storms, ect. Do not reinflate until the weather has calmed.  Do NOT reinflate until all ice has melted from your inflatable. If you try to inflate or remove the ice by hand before the ice has melted, your inflatable may rip or tear and this IS NOT covered under any return policy.  Also do NOT set up your inflatable under trees!  Falling limbs or other objects that puncture the inflatable are NOT covered either!

A defective item must have been operated in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.  This does not cover damages resulting from shipping, weather, neglect, unauthorized modification, accident, misuse, abuse, vandals, rips or tears or any action which constitutes a deviation from the instructions or the product's suggested / intended use.  All our items have a marking that distinguishes them from others.

We will issue you an RA number and instruct you on how to address the problem.

All returns must be pre-authorized and have a valid RA Number. Returns without a valid RA Number will be refused and returned to customer at customer's expense.

All costs in returning merchandise is the customer's responsibility and will NOT be reimbursed, unless we shipped you the wrong item, then we will incur the return cost. S&H charges are not refundable.

In the event we shipped you the wrong item, after you notify us and we have confirmed the error, we will instruct you as to how item should be returned. Do NOT return item until instructed by us. 

If you or the receiver refuses a shipment upon delivery you will be refunded ONLY the purchase price of the item minus a 15% restocking charge and minus the return shipping cost.

Refund Procedures

Returns are inspected to verify if they qualify for refund based on the exact reason for the return.  All our items have a marking that distinguishes them from others.

Upon inspection and approval, all qualifying refund request returns will receive a full refund for the purchase price (less S&H and processing fees) for the product(s) being returned.

All refunds will be provided in the same method as the original payment.
